  1. Develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage the administration of all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of current benefits offerings and make recommendations for improvements and changes.
  4. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new benefits programs, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  6. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of benefits programs.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to HR team and employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  8. Manage relationships with benefit providers and vendors, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
  9. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits-related policies and procedures.
  10. Produce regular reports and analysis on benefits utilization and costs for leadership.
  11. Participate in the annual benefits renewal process, including plan design changes and open enrollment activities.
  12. Oversee the communication and education of benefits programs to employees, ensuring understanding and utilization.
  13. Stay informed of changes and updates in the benefits landscape and make recommendations for adjustments to programs as needed.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
  15. Mentor and train junior benefits team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Benefits, Including Erisa, Cobra, Hipaa, And Aca.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Conducting Cost-Benefit Analyses And Evaluating Benefit Plan Options.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Management.
