  1. Negotiate and manage site contracts with clinical trial sites in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines during the contract negotiation process.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of site contracts.
  5. Conduct budget reviews and negotiations with sites, taking into consideration project timelines and budget constraints.
  6. Manage and track contract milestones, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and maintained.
  7. Identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to site contracts, and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to site contracts.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the site contract process.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and clinical trial sites, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all site contracts and related documents.
  12. Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve processes and efficiency related to site contracts.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on site contract negotiation and management.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner during interactions with external partners and stakeholders.
  15. Strive to continuously improve the site contract process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
