  1. Conduct technical demonstrations and trainings for clients on our cutting-edge technology and products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize experimental protocols and assays.
  3. Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges they may encounter.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cell analysis technology, and make recommendations for implementing new techniques or equipment.
  5. Contribute to the development and validation of new assays and protocols.
  6. Perform data analysis and interpretation, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, protocols, and results.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
  9. Assist in writing technical reports, protocols, and other scientific documents.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  11. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and assist in client acquisition.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at conferences, workshops, and other events.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a positive and professional work environment.
  15. Actively contribute to the company's mission of accelerating the development of life-changing therapies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Applications Or Scientific Support Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Cell Analysis Techniques, Such As Flow Cytometry, Cellular Imaging, Or Cell-Based Assays.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information And Train Others On Instrumentation And Applications.

  • Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
