  1. Process and track payments for clinical trial participants accurately and on time.
  2. Communicate with clinical trial sites and participants to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  4. Maintain detailed and organized records of payment transactions and related documentation.
  5. Continuously review and improve payment processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and guidelines related to trial participant payments.
  7. Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
  8. Proactively identify and report any potential issues or concerns related to payment processing.
  9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  11. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
