  1. Process and track payments to clinical trial participants in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Keep detailed records and documentation of all payment transactions and data.
  3. Communicate with clinical trial sites and participants to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding patient payments.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient payment processes.
  6. Analyze and reconcile payment data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  7. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payment records and resolve any discrepancies.
  8. Continuously monitor and improve payment processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Provide support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
  10. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  11. Keep up-to-date with regulations and guidelines related to clinical trial patient payments.
  12. Assist in the development and implementation of new payment systems and procedures.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of clinical trials by ensuring timely and accurate payments to participants.
  14. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Prior Experience In Medical Billing Or Payment Processing, Preferably In A Clinical Trial Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Billing Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
