  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy-duty equipment.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and develop repair plans.
  4. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing maintenance and repairs.
  5. Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance work performed.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and best practices in auto/truck maintenance and repair.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.
  10. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient maintenance and repair processes.
  11. Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  14. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
  15. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in maintenance and repair processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Automotive And Truck Systems: This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Electronic Systems, As Well As The Ability To Diagnose And Repair Issues With Engines, Transmissions, Brakes, And Other Essential Components.

  • Ase Certifications: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Multiple Ase Certifications, Particularly In The Areas Of Heavy-Duty Trucks And Diesel Engines. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And A Commitment To Ongoing Training And Development.
