Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for PPL Corp.
- Create engaging and creative content for various communication channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies for communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze communication trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage communication campaigns to promote PPL Corp’s products and services.
- Track and report on the success of communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication.
