Health and Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs and policies that meet local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Monitor the performance of safety systems and identify areas of improvement.
3. Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective action plans.
4. Provide training and education to employees on health and safety topics.
5. Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
6. Develop emergency plans and procedures and coordinate drills and practice sessions.
7. Work with external resources to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
8. Develop and monitor safety-related budgets.
9. Prepare reports and presentations on health and safety topics.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
