- Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data.
- Lead a team of cybersecurity experts and provide guidance and support in identifying and mitigating potential cyber threats.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify any potential security gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and industry best practices to ensure the organization's security measures are up-to-date and effective.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to implement security measures that align with business goals and objectives.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Cybersecurity Role, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Position.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Practices, Tools, And Technologies, Including Network Security, Encryption, And Vulnerability Management.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Nerc Cip, Hipaa, And Gdpr.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
