  1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment: The Staffing Associate I will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization.
  2. Develop job postings and advertisements: This individual will be responsible for creating compelling and accurate job postings to attract top talent.
  3. Build and maintain relationships: The Staffing Associate I will establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their recruitment needs and identify potential candidates.
  4. Utilize recruitment tools and resources: The individual in this role will utilize various recruitment tools and resources to identify and attract qualified candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  5. Conduct background and reference checks: The Staffing Associate I will conduct background and reference checks on potential candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  6. Coordinate and schedule interviews: This individual will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Facilitate the onboarding process: The Staffing Associate I will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  8. Maintain recruitment data: This individual will maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, including candidate information, hiring metrics, and recruitment expenses.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends: The Staffing Associate I will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company's recruitment processes remain competitive and effective.
  10. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives: This individual will actively support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives and work to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service: The Staffing Associate I will provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  12. Collaborate with team members: This individual will work closely with other team members to ensure a collaborative and efficient recruitment process.

Job Qualifications
