
Fashion Retail Operations Manager
As Prada’s Fashion Retail Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our stores are well-run, efficient, and compliant with all relevant policies and regulations. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail locations, leading a team of store staff and providing a superior customer experience. We’re looking for an experienced professional with a passion for fashion and a commitment to excellence in retail.You should have at least five years of retail operations experience, preferably in the luxury fashion sector. Leadership experience is a must, and experience with inventory management, financial planning, and change management processes is highly desired. An outgoing, customer-service oriented personality and a well-developed sense of style are essential. Most importantly, you should have a keen sense of how to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
