Job Description

Praxair is looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Hydrogen Research and Development Engineer to join our team. We are searching for an individual with a passion for hydrogen engineering and the drive to push the boundaries of development. The successful candidate must have the technical skills and experience to develop and implement projects in the hydrogen domain. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and testing new processes and technologies to enhance hydrogen applications.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hydrogen engineering field, with knowledge of hydrogen production, storage, and distribution. You must also have proven experience in engineering design, process development, and testing. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or in a team environment, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Research and develop new processes and technologies related to hydrogen engineering.
  2. Design and implement engineering projects in the hydrogen domain.
  3. Create and test prototypes of hydrogen-based products.
  4. Analyze and interpret data from experiments.
  5. Identify and address potential design and technical issues.
  6. Prepare reports and technical documentation related to project activities.
  7. Develop and optimize production processes for hydrogen applications.
  8. Collaborate with other engineers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  9. Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  10. Stay up to date with new technologies and advances in hydrogen engineering.
