Mechanical Completion Manager

1. Ensure mechanical completion and commissioning of projects meet quality control standards and are completed in a timely manner
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
3. Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure optimal project flow
4. Supervise and mentor team members
5. Develop and monitor budgets to ensure project completion is within established guidelines
6. Monitor team performance and recommend corrective actions as needed
7. Identify and address potential risks and obstacles to project completion
8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and address issues in a timely manner
9. Establish and implement best practices and procedures for mechanical completion and commissioning
10. Create and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management
