The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multiple-site business and ensuring that the highest standards of performance and customer service are delivered.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in operations management. Additionally, you must be comfortable crunching data, have a knack for process improvement, and have a proven track record of successfully managing teams.
