Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills: The Sales Manager Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, With The Ability To Identify New Business Opportunities, Build Relationships With Clients, And Close Deals. Excellent Negotiation Skills Are Also Essential In Order To Secure Profitable Contracts For Praxair.
Experience In The Manufacturing Industry: Praxair's Sales Manager Should Have Prior Experience In The Manufacturing Industry, Ideally In A Leadership Role. This Will Give Them A Thorough Understanding Of The Challenges And Needs Of Praxair's Target Market, And Allow Them To Effectively Tailor Their Sales Approach.
