We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Support Center Supervisor to join our team at Premium Retail Services. In this role, you will be providing operational and technical guidance to our team of support specialists, as well as ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner. To be successful in this role, you should have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong customer-focus. Responsibilities: • Provide technical and operational guidance to the team of support specialists. • Ensure customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner. • Act as a point of contact for customer service inquiries. • Monitor employee performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement. • Develop and implement procedures to maximize customer satisfaction. • Train and mentor team members on customer service protocols and industry best practices. • Manage customer service budget and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. • Analyze customer service metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement. • Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide timely resolutions. • Develop strategies to improve customer service performance. • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of retail operations and technical support.
