Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and coordinate bed availability across all Presbyterian Healthcare Services facilities.
  2. Develop strategies to optimize bed utilization and communication between facilities.
  3. Maintain accurate records of bed occupancy and availability.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient patient care.
  5. Analyze and identify trends in bed utilization and patient movements.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to bed management.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of bed management processes.
  8. Provide reports and updates to senior leadership.
  9. Monitor changes in healthcare regulations and recommend necessary adjustments to bed management policies.
  10. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
