Job Description

At Presbyterian Healthcare Services, we are currently looking for an outstanding Business Operations Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills that will help to further our business operations. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about analyzing data and transforming it into actionable insights.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Experience in business operations, healthcare, or a related field is a plus. Candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The ability to work with a variety of software, such as Excel, Access, and Tableau, is also required.We are seeking an individual who is motivated, detail-oriented, and organized. If you have a passion for interpreting data and creating meaningful insights that help drive business decisions, then this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in business operations.
  2. Utilize a variety of software, such as Excel, Access, and Tableau, to interpret data, create reports, and develop actionable insights.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and processes.
  4. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that business needs are met.
  5. Monitor and review business data to identify potential areas of improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Stay current on trends and best practices in business operations and healthcare.
  8. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.
  9. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents.
  10. Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
