
CNA Outpatient-Complete Care
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Complete Care team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. This role is critical in providing quality care to our Outpatient patients. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while providing patient-centered care.To excel in this role, you must have a valid CNA license in New Mexico, current CPR certification, and a strong commitment to providing superior patient care. You must also have the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse patient population. Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
- Provide patient-centered care to outpatient patients in accordance with the organization’s standards and policies.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist with medical procedures, including drawing blood, administering medications, recording vital signs, and collecting specimens.
- Monitor patient conditions, report any changes to the nurse or physician, and document all patient interactions.
- Provide emotional support and compassion to patients and families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Assist in preparing and transporting patients to exams and treatments.
- Follow infection control protocols and abide by safety regulations.
- Maintain current CNA license, CPR certification, and required training.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of patient care.
Basic Computer Proficiency
High School Diploma Or Ged
Current Cna Certification
