Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced, customer-oriented Contact Center Representative to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. Our ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, providing support, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.The requirements for this position include: a high school diploma (or equivalent); at least one year of customer service experience; strong verbal and written communication skills; basic computer knowledge; and the ability to multitask efficiently. Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  2. Provide support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
  3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience, utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Adhere to company policies and procedures when responding to customer inquiries.
  5. Utilize computer knowledge to access customer information and respond to inquiries.
  6. Multi-task efficiently and remain organized when managing multiple customer inquiries.
  7. Stay current on department policies and procedures.
  8. Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for helping and serving customers.
  9. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
