- Keep track of and report on scheduling metrics, such as wait times and turnaround times, to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Stay current on industry regulations and best practices related to scheduling in home health, hospice, and palliative care.
