  1. Partner with leaders and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new HR initiatives and programs.
  5. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any HR-related concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  7. Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and compliance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the organization.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity initiatives and supporting employee engagement efforts.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  11. Collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  12. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
  13. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, providing guidance on HR matters and promoting a positive work culture.
  14. Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Shrm Certified Professional (Shrm-Cp) Or Professional In Human Resources (Phr) Certification Preferred
