- Partner with leaders and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new HR initiatives and programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any HR-related concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equity initiatives and supporting employee engagement efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, providing guidance on HR matters and promoting a positive work culture.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills
Shrm Certified Professional (Shrm-Cp) Or Professional In Human Resources (Phr) Certification Preferred
