Advanced Degree: A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp) At Presbyterian Healthcare Services Must Possess A Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Pediatric Primary Care Or Family Practice.
Licensure And Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid License To Practice As A Registered Nurse (Rn) In The State Of New Mexico, And Must Also Be Nationally Certified As A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Pnp-Pc Or Pnp-Bc).
Previous Experience: Applicants Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Pediatric Nurse Practitioner In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Urgent Care Setting.
Pediatric Cpr And First Aid Certification: As The Role Involves Treating Pediatric Patients, It Is Essential For The Pnp To Hold Current Pediatric Cpr And First Aid Certification.
