Certified Peer Specialist (Cps) Accreditation From A Recognized Training Program.
Minimum Of Two Years Of Lived Experience With Mental Illness And/Or Substance Abuse.
Strong Understanding Of Community Resources And Services Related To Mental Health And Addiction.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Support And Engage With Diverse Populations.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Ability To Integrate Them Into Support Services For Individuals With Mental Health And/Or Substance Abuse Disorders.
