Enrollment Specialist
The primary role of this position is to provide support in maintaining student records. Create, maintain and process student records and enrollment status according to college policy and procedure. Track course documents, degree plan and graduation requirements/progression to completion. Upload associated documents for registration, enrollment and degree requirements. Evaluate transcripts for transfer credit and enter into Student Information System. Create comprehensive, routine, on-going communications to students. Hire, train and manage work study students to provide support and outreach. Prepare, and keep up-to-date process documentation.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer service with diverse populations
Minimum 2 years experience with in higher education with a specific focus on working directly with students preferred
