  1. Lead and oversee the development and maintenance of critical systems for the company.
  2. Take charge of shaping the future of the company's technology landscape.
  3. Ensure the reliability and scalability of all applications.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
  5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the DevOps and SRE team.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the team to ensure consistent and efficient practices.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps and SRE to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  11. Manage and prioritize team workload and resources to meet project deadlines.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with upper management to align technology strategy with business objectives.
  13. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
  14. Monitor and track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  15. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the company's technology landscape.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Devops And Site Reliability Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Leading Devops And Site Reliability Efforts In A Large-Scale, Complex Environment.

  • Strong Technical Background In Cloud Infrastructure And Automation: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Cloud Infrastructure, Automation Tools, And Technologies Such As Aws, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, And Ansible.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Leading Successful Projects And Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget. Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Tools Is A Plus.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Leadership Presence And Be Able To Inspire And Motivate A Team Of Engineers. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Developing Teams, Building A Positive And Inclusive Team Culture, And Providing Mentorship And Growth Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Operations, And Business Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
