- Lead and oversee the implementation of EPM Oracle solutions for various clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Provide strategic financial guidance to clients, leveraging your expertise in EPM Oracle technology and industry knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, and develop innovative solutions to streamline financial processes
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data and systems, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Serve as a subject matter expert for EPM Oracle technology, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
- Train and mentor junior team members in EPM Oracle technology and best practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for clients
- Represent the company and promote our services to potential clients, showcasing the value of our EPM Oracle solutions and expertise.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders At All Levels.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing And Managing Oracle Epm Finance Solutions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Oracle Epm Finance Modules, Including Financial Consolidation And Close, Planning And Budgeting, And Profitability And Cost Management.
Strong Understanding Of Accounting And Finance Principles, As Well As Best Practices In Financial Reporting And Analysis.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing And Leading Project Teams.
