- Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement plans to support them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and track supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and results to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Train and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure consistency and quality in procurement practices.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Contract Management, And Supplier Relationship Management.
Experience With Procurement Technology And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Ariba.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Effectively Negotiate With Suppliers.
