  3. Utilize your extensive experience and expertise in the financial services industry to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients.

  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide a comprehensive suite of financial services to clients.
  7. Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of client retirement plans, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to optimize performance.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to retirement plans, and provide guidance to clients on adherence and risk management.
  9. Monitor and track key metrics for the retirement plans practice, and regularly report on performance and progress to senior leadership.
  10. Represent PricewaterhouseCoopers in a professional and knowledgeable manner, showcasing the firm's expertise and commitment to excellence in financial services.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Retirement Plan Design And Administration: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Retirement Plans, Including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, And Non-Qualified Plans. They Should Also Be Familiar With Regulations Such As Erisa And Tax Laws Related To Retirement Plans.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Driving Strategic Initiatives. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Qualities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Consulting Or Advisory Roles: Pricewaterhousecoopers Is A Leading Consulting Firm, And The Retirement Plans Senior Director Will Be Expected To Provide Expert Advice To Clients On Retirement Plan Matters. Therefore, Experience In A Consulting Or Advisory Role Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Position.

  • Business Development Skills: The Senior Director Will Also Play A Crucial Role In Business Development, Including Identifying And Pursuing New Opportunities, Building Relationships With Clients, And Expanding The Firm's Retirement Plan Practice. Therefore, Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Business Development In The Retirement Plan Industry.

  • Advanced Degree And Professional Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. However, Candidates With Advanced Degrees Such As An Mba Or A Master's In Taxation May Have A Competitive Advantage. Additionally, Professional Certifications Such As Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (Cebs) Are Highly Desirable.
