  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the designated department, including managing inventory levels, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, setting performance goals and providing ongoing training and development.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with other department managers and store management to ensure a cohesive and efficient store operation.
  5. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, resolving any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet departmental targets.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  10. Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
  11. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
  12. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budget management.
  13. Continuously assess and improve department processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent Primark and its values at all times, both within the store and in the community.
