1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to stock replenishment, inventory management, and store maintenance.
2. Ensure that all products are displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
3. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving new stock.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
5. Help to resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers and provide excellent customer service.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and increase sales.
9. Support the management team in various tasks and projects as needed.
10. Proactively identify and report any operational issues or areas for improvement to the store manager.
11. Uphold the values and image of the company by adhering to dress code and professional behavior standards.
12. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
13. Keep track of sales and inventory data and provide regular reports to the management team.
14. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
15. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the stockroom and other storage areas.
