  1. Provide operational support to store teams to ensure efficient and smooth running of the store.
  2. Assist in training and coaching store teams on operational procedures and best practices.
  3. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
  4. Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
  5. Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and buying, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  7. Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Assist in the implementation of new operational processes and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Primark.
  12. Continuously look for ways to improve store operations and provide a better shopping experience for customers.
  13. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all employees and customers.
  14. Assist in opening and closing procedures as needed.
  15. Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager or higher management.
