  1. Oversee and lead the overnight operations of the store, including managing a team of overnight staff members and ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Create and maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both customers and employees during the overnight hours.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products for customers.
  4. Train and develop overnight staff on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless transitions between shifts.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and employees, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Utilize sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and overall store performance.
  9. Manage scheduling and staffing for overnight shifts, ensuring appropriate coverage and adherence to budget guidelines.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, sales promotions, and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  11. Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive work culture, fostering teamwork and employee engagement.
  12. Monitor and maintain the store's appearance and visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping experience for customers.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, loss prevention, and employee code of conduct.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to overnight staff.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance.
