- Conduct regular store visits to assess stock levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the buying team to understand product trends and forecast demand.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and replenishment activities.
- Assist in the creation of stock orders and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage product expiration dates to minimize stock waste.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
- Train and supervise junior replenishment staff, if applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For A Replenishment Assistant Position At Primark. This Demonstrates Basic Education And Organizational Skills.
