  4. Train, coach, and develop a team of retail associates to achieve their full potential.

  7. Collaborate with other Store Managers and upper management to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  8. Manage and control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and expenses.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities for the store.
  11. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  14. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and brand image.
