The right candidate will be a highly organised and confident leader with a strong customer focus, good problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and customers.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering great customer service.
