Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Manager to lead our teams in delivering exceptional customer service and store performance. This role requires a driven individual who can motivate and inspire staff to reach their goals, while effectively managing resources and taking ownership of store performance. The right candidate will be a highly organised and confident leader with a strong customer focus, good problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and customers.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years' experience in a leadership role in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering great customer service. You must also have strong commercial awareness and be able to identify areas of improvement in store performance. A level of numeracy and IT literacy is also desirable.Are you up for the challenge?
