  • Ensure exceptional customer service by role-modeling behaviors and providing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments to effectively merchandise and promote products
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and visual merchandising, to ensure a cohesive and successful operation
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to meet customer demands
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and promoting a strong work ethic
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
