1. Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
2. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
3. Help patients with mobility and transportation, including using assistive devices and transferring to and from beds or wheelchairs.
