As an Epic Ambulatory Analyst, you will play a vital role in the implementation, support, and optimization of our Epic Ambulatory system.   1. Implement and support the Epic Ambulatory system to meet the needs of our healthcare organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and bugs.
  3. Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflows, training manuals, and policies.
  4. Participate in the testing and validation of new system features and updates.
  5. Assist with system upgrades and ensure all changes are properly communicated and implemented.
  6. Train and educate end-users on system functionality and best practices.
  7. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for system optimization.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert for the Epic Ambulatory system, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
  12. Participate in on-call support rotation to address any system issues outside of regular business hours.
  13. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.
  14. Follow established change control processes and procedures to ensure system stability.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to all end-users and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Ambulatory Software, Including Configuration And Optimization.

  • Epic Certification In Ambulatory Module.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
