1. Provide exceptional care to patients by assisting with their rehabilitation journey.
2. Work closely with physical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
3. Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities under the direction of a physical therapist.
4. Monitor and track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed.
5. Educate patients on proper techniques and exercises for at-home rehabilitation.
6. Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed.
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
9. Continuously develop and refine clinical skills through ongoing education and training.
10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
11. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
12. Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing any concerns or needs that may arise.
13. Assist with administrative tasks and duties as needed.
