Job Description

Prisma Health is seeking a motivated and organized Provider Enrollment Analyst to join our team. As a Provider Enrollment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our network of providers is properly enrolled and credentialed, allowing us to provide top-quality care to our patients.   1. Manage provider enrollment and credentialing processes for Prisma Health.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider data in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Review and verify provider credentials, including education, licensure, and insurance information.
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for enrollment and credentialing.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of enrollment and credentialing tasks.
  6. Monitor and track enrollment and credentialing applications to ensure timely completion.
  7. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in provider enrollment and credentialing.
  8. Stay informed of changes in industry regulations and standards related to provider enrollment and credentialing.
  9. Prepare and maintain documentation and reports related to provider enrollment and credentialing processes.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to providers and internal teams regarding enrollment and credentialing inquiries.
  11. Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all aspects of the job.
  13. Participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and new developments in provider enrollment and credentialing.
  14. Complete other related tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Provider Enrollment Or Credentialing In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Provider Enrollment And Credentialing.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
