  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to women with reproductive and infertility issues.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patient progress and provide ongoing support and education.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Perform diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  7. Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  8. Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and treatments in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
  10. Act as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  11. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  13. Comply with all legal and ethical standards.
  14. Attend educational and training programs to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
  15. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients and colleagues.
  17. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  18. Adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
  19. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  20. Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required To Be Considered For The Role Of An Rn In The Repro Endo & Infertility Department At Prisma Health. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice, As Well As Essential Skills Such As Critical Thinking And Decision-Making.

  • Active Rn License: All Candidates For The Rn - Repro Endo & Infertility Position At Prisma Health Must Hold An Active License To Practice As A Registered Nurse In The State Where The Facility Is Located. This License Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Educational And Competency Requirements To Provide Safe And Effective Patient Care.

  • Experience In Repro Endo & Infertility: Prisma Health Seeks Candidates With Previous Experience In Repro Endo & Infertility Nursing. This Specialized Experience Allows The Rn To Effectively Manage The Unique Needs Of Patients Undergoing Reproductive Endocrinology And Infertility Treatments.

  • Knowledge Of Current Best Practices: As A Healthcare Organization Committed To Providing High-Quality Care, Prisma Health Seeks Rns Who Are Knowledgeable About The Latest Best Practices In Repro Endo & Infertility Nursing.
