  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned brands to drive growth and increase market share.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify key trends and opportunities for brand development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and advertising to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  4. Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  5. Monitor and track brand performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform brand strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure consistency of brand messaging and image across all channels.
  9. Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with various teams and managing timelines.
  10. Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities and tactics to reach target consumers and increase brand awareness.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports to management on brand performance and marketing initiatives.
  12. Stay abreast of consumer and market trends to continuously adapt and improve brand strategies.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective trade marketing programs.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  16. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote brand awareness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand Marketing, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Consumer Behaviors.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Strategies.
