
Communications & HR Coordinator

- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR team to create and maintain effective employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Manage internal and external communication channels, including email, social media, and company website.
- Coordinate and organize company-wide events, such as town halls and team building activities.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and various departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Create and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters, memos, and announcements.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and external partners.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by developing and promoting employer branding materials and coordinating recruitment events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both communication and HR to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by creating and promoting inclusive communication materials and events.
- Provide support and training to employees on communication tools and platforms.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on company initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company's internal and external communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Communications Or Hr Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience With Recruiting And Onboarding Processes.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Social Media Platforms, With The Ability To Adapt To New Technologies And Tools.
