- Develop and implement the technology platform strategy for Procter & Gamble, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of platform engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of the platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and prioritize platform initiatives.
- Drive innovation and efficiency by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices in platform engineering.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support the development and maintenance of the technology platform.

Extensive Experience In Software Development And Engineering: A Director, Platform Engineering At Procter & Gamble Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Technologies. They Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Engineering, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Large-Scale Software Projects.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Engineers And Oversee The Development Of Multiple Projects.
