Human Resource Manager

At Procter & Gamble, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. This role requires an individual who is passionate about developing and motivating our staff, and who will ensure our team remains engaged, productive and highly successful in their roles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a Human Resource team and will be a key driver in the implementation of Procter & Gamble's HR strategy. We are looking for an individual who is proactive and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. The successful candidate should also have a thorough knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, and experience developing and leading HR initiatives.
