Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Develop and implement performance management systems.
  3. Ensure compliance with national, state, and local employment laws.
  4. Develop and administer payroll and benefits systems.
  5. Monitor employee relations, including resolving disputes and grievances.
  6. Create and maintain employee records.
  7. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
  9. Participate in organizational development activities.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations, such as professional associations and government agencies.
