Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with national, state, and local employment laws.
- Develop and administer payroll and benefits systems.
- Monitor employee relations, including resolving disputes and grievances.
- Create and maintain employee records.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
- Participate in organizational development activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations, such as professional associations and government agencies.
