Ph.D Life Scientist

We are seeking a thoughtful and hardworking PhD scientist to join our up-stream, Corporate R&D innovation organization, the Life Sciences Transformative Platform Technology group. Successful candidates will have the desire and experience to help us harness, control, or inhibit the microbes within us, on us and around us to develop new consumer-focused and business-driven breakthrough technologies and products. This may translate into new innovations in hygiene, delivery of novel personal care benefits, or disruptive breakthroughs in health and wellness. This is a project leadership role with opportunity for career advancement within either the technical or managerial track, and requires ability to independently lead projects, set technical strategy and direction and mentor and develop other researchers and scientists within the organization.
