Plant Technician

The successful candidate must have the technical expertise and leadership ability to drive continuous improvement, minimize downtime, and maximize production yields.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. They will be a hands-on problem solver and have an understanding of lean principles and statistical process control.
