Responsibilities: -Develop and implement breakthroughs in product technology. -Possess a strong understanding of product research and development. -Have experience with various analytical tools and techniques. -Lead projects and collaborate with teams across the company. -Analyze data and develop strategies to optimize product performance. -Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify areas of improvement. -Help create and evaluate prototypes to ensure quality and safety standards are met. -Stay abreast of new developments in the field and present findings to upper management. -Work with external vendors and other partners to ensure successful product launches.
